Unfortunately, we are far too seldom aware of how much we ourselves contribute to the deterioration of the situation of the oceans on a daily basis. If we understand how everything in the world is connected - how survival in the sea depends on us and how our survival depends on the sea - we cannot help but fight to protect the oceans. This issue is very close to our hearts. Taking the whales and dolphins as an example, we want to encourage more and more people to reconsider their actions and to commit themselves to a more responsible relationship with our planet.

Help us with your donation
An important part of our work is the recording and evaluation of data. Well-founded data is the basis for initiating more in-depth investigations and implementing effective protective measures. For example, our data has already led to a change in the Tarifa-Tanger ferry route in favour of Pilot Whales in the area. Together with you, we can do much more!
With your donation, we will rapidly advance the time-consuming evaluation of the data in order to use it to protect marine life. To find out how the situation in the Strait is constantly worsening, please refer to the section on whale and dolphin species and research.
