A booklet that we would like to particularly recommend to you is "FORD the sock - The sadness of a whale is deeper than the sea".
The story was written by Lilian Stross and the illustrations were drawn by her partner Jorge Voss.
Ford is a sock that lost his partner. But he does not know where. He finds out that nobody likes a single sock. So he sets off in search of his second half and experiences many adventures.
One of them leads him to the Strait of Gibraltar, where he meets the Sperm Whale Observador and finally ends up with Katharina on the firmm-boat.
