Bottlenose Dolphin
Tursiops truncatus
Depending on the area where they live, bottlenose dolphins vary very much in colour, weight and size (they can be anything from approx. 2 m in length to more then 4 m). These animals can reach an age of about 30 years and dive up to 300 metres. Bottlenose dolphins are well-known due to dolphinariums and Flipper movies.
